Sandro Löb

I'm Sandro. I live in Berlin, where I build companies from scratch.

Sandro Löb is an entrepreneur and software developer from Berlin, Germany. At 11, he got his first laptop — and instead of just playing games, he immediately wanted to understand how everything worked. He started watching YouTube tutorials, set up his own Minecraft server, and step by step found his way into the world of tech and building things.

At 14, he landed his first small job at a game server — nothing huge, but exactly the spark that got things rolling. He kept coding, built websites, shipped projects — sometimes solo, sometimes with teams. One highlight: a Roblox game with over 22 million players in two months, developed in a single week at age 15, promoted through influencer partnerships with 10M+ impressions on TikTok and 20M+ on YouTube.

From those early experiments, real experience grew — not just technical, but entrepreneurial. He founded Nunosoft in 2023, a software company delivering cloud-based solutions for startups and established businesses, including an open-source backend toolkit (API-Lib) for routing, authentication, and database logic. After three years, he handed it off to focus on what came next.

Today, Sandro is Co-Founder & CEO of HXGH, building digital infrastructure for legal cannabis distribution through pharmacies in Germany, with over 3,000 pre-launch sign-ups. He is also Managing Director of AMÎ Events, a Berlin event series connecting rooftop experiences with nightlife. He studied at CODE University of Applied Sciences and continues to work as a freelance developer and product consultant.
